Your voice holds more power than you realize. Through toning, humming, and chanting, you can unlock vibrations that ripple through your body, restoring balance, releasing emotion, and uplifting your spirit. In this communal journey, we’ll play with simple yet powerful vocal practices that anyone can tap into, paired with mindful breathwork and gentle movement to open the flow. We’ll close with a soothing sound immersion, wrapping you in resonance so you leave grounded, refreshed, and glowing — body, mind, and voice humming in harmony. No singing "ability" required.

This popular flagship Soundscape offering is an amazingly calming Sound Care experience and is perfect for someone who has had limited or no experience Sound Journeying. We share the benefits of sound healing. Then some gentle stretches and a relaxing guided meditation… which leads into a 40 minute sound bath. All designed to create a feeling of rest, rejuvenation and renewal.
Seasonal Events
As the seasonal wheels of the year turn — moon by moon… season by season, we often like to offer a soundscape event where we interweave a sound bath with honoring a solstice, equinox or even a full moon. Generally a customized style of Pause | Relax | Renew.
We’ve been offering these unique sound events for the last 11 years and they have been a favorite of many Sound Journeyers!
Specialty Experiences
Beginning October 2025, SoundScapes Tulsa is partnering with Kismet Collective in offering SoundVox - Set Your Tone. This is a group humming, toning and chanting experience. Make sounds with our voices will be the main focus, but we’ll do some breathing practices, gentle movements and a short “sound bath” to allow for integration and resetting our nervouse systems.
We’re hoping to make this a 2x/mo. group experience!
